TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Deliveries are sent during normal working business hours between Monday and Friday.  Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post Parcel Post.

STANDARD 3 – 8 days  FREE SHIPPING
EXPRESS  2 – 5 days   $15.00

Standard Shipping is FREE for all Australian orders. For $15.00 you can opt to have your order sent Express, your parcel will arrive in 2 – 5 business days depending on proximity to major city centres from date of confirmation shipment notice.

SHIPPING TIME

Australian Orders placed by 1.00pm AEST. Monday - Friday are shipped on the same day (excluding public holidays).

AURELIO COSTARELLA will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

Upon delivery of the parcel a signature will be required.  If delivery cannot be made, a delivery card will be left and the parcel may be collected at a local post office.

If the parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned back to AURELIO COSTARELLA. Original shipping charges will apply to re-send the parcel.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Our stock quantities are not updated in real time and items may be sold out at the time of purchase.  If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by emailed and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

RETURNS POLICY

Approval must be sort from Aurelio Costarella Customer Services on post@aureliocostarella.com  or +61 8 9228 0373 prior to any items being returned.

All approved return requests must be returned to AURELIO COSTARELLA within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted unless deemed faulty.

We do not refund original shipping charges.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style. All exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. AURELIO COSTARELLA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

AURELIO COSTARELLA will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
